Today’s reader feature was submitted by Doreen, who shared her fun DIY Fall Planter. After finding an old wooden planter at the thrift store, she decided to make it over for her front porch. She painted the planter with acrylic paint in fall colors, and then, using freezer paper she transferred the Cape Code Cranberries Graphic to the front. After she was finished, she filled the planter with plants, and popped it on her front porch!
I love how this turned out, and it’s definitely perfect for fall! Thank you, Doreen, for sharing your planter project! You can see this and more of her projects on her blog. To learn how to transfer images yourself, visit the Transfer Methods Page.
