DIY Valentine’s Place Cards

Want to add a little fun to your Valentine’s meal? DIY place cards are the ticket! They’re super easy, can be made in minutes, and are just fun to boot.

You will need:
Place cards printed on cardstock
Mod Podge Dimensional Magic
German Glass Glitter (I used silver)
Ink & letter stamps (or you could hand write it)

First, print the above image out on cardstock. Trim out each of the place cards with scissors.

Next, run a line of Dimensional Magic over the line of the arrow. I love the DM for this project because the tip makes it easy to do detail lines easily. Since it’s thicker than regular glue, it really holds the glitter.

Speaking of glitter, apply it to the DM while it’s still wet. Set aside to dry for an hour or so.

Stamp the names on the cards, or if you have pretty handwriting you could easily write on them. You could also use a photo editing software to put the names on the cards before printing, too!

Once they’re dry, you can put them on the plates and you’re done. Want to see more of this table setting? You can find it on my blog at The Shabby Creek Cottage.
