The French Typography Transfer that you see above, is another one submitted by our very lovely French friend Sandrine! Sandrine frequents old Paris Archives, to find marvelous treasures like these, and is very kindly sharing them with us. Thank you Sandrine! The image that you see here is a fantastic Paris Apartment Sign! It was probably an ad to begin with, but I think it would make a wonderful sign so that’s what I’m calling it! I love all of the Fancy French Text on it, and the pretty doodads on either side of the word “Paris”. I’ve created 2 versions, a front facing image that’s suitable for printing directly on fabric, decoupage etc. And a mirrored option that you can use for Transfers like Iron on, Citra Solv etc.
I think this would also make a pretty kitchen towel. Or maybe some Place Mats or a Table Runner? This would look fab transferred onto Linen, great for Flour Sack projects too! Of course you can use it for any of your DIY projects, like Pillows, towels, signs, table runners, tote bags and gorgeous on furniture pieces! The possibilities are endless so have fun!
