Today’s French Typography Transfer is another one submitted by our new French friend Sandrine! Sandrine found this, and many others, in an old Paris Archive and is very sweetly sharing them will all of us. The image that you see above is an old ad for a French Patisserie – Confiserie, or pastry – confectionery shop. Yum! There’s a darling little cake on a cake plate in the center, with the French Text all around it. I’ve created 2 versions, a front facing image that’s suitable for printing directly on fabric, decoupage etc. And a reverse option to use for Transfers like Iron on, Citra Solv etc.
I think this would make a darling kitchen towel. Or maybe some Place Mats or a Table Runner? This would look fab transferred onto Linen, great for Flour Sack projects too! Of course you can use it for any of your DIY projects, like Pillows, towels, signs, table runners, tote bags and gorgeous on furniture pieces! The possibilities are endless so have fun!
