I am in love with these silicone thimbles! Where have they been all my life.
I do a lot of hot gluing and no matter how careful I am, always get at least 2 burns per session.
Not any longer! Since discovering these thimbles I no longer burn myself while crafting. I had bought a different brand that was blue and thinner and I still got burned so to find these is just amazing.
Love them so much I bought another set for myself and 2 sets for my sister-in-law who does scrapbooking.
Others have said that they fit too tight and they were for my thumb and middle finger. Solved that by cutting a slight amount off the open end and they fit better now.
Am very happy with this purchase.

Great buy!
They fit like a glove! I use a hot glue just as a reinforcement on some areas of my hair bows as a precaution to hopefully prevent children from easily tearing them apart. So I'm always grabbing the glue gun at different times throughout the making and assembling of my bows.Pros:These caps fit very snug and are actually very soft and comfortable. So comfortable I can leave them on while I fold, shape and sew my bows without having any issues. It certainly beats taking them off and on every couple of minutes or having them fall off when they come into contact with the hot glue. I tried the Dritz Thermal Thimbles (the blue one)Dritz Thermal Thimbles first and they were so big they fell right off my fingers! They were also twice the price.I can also wear them when I have acrylic nails on and they still fit just as comfortably.They are thick enough that I have every confidence my finger is protected and they are so easy to clean the glue practically falls off once it dries.Cons:I have what I consider to be small to average size hands and they fit perfect. The smallest of the 3 in the pack is too small for my fingers but does fit my 11-year-old daughter.They aren't very stretchy so you won't be able to force your finger in if it's too small, although it certainly is sturdy enough to try.
