Today’s reader feature is a beautiful Chalk Paint Dresser with French Typography that was submitted by Lesli from Pale Imitations! Lesli used Annie Sloan’s Paris Grey as the base coat , then added two coats of Old White. After painting, she transferred The Graphics Fairy’s Transfer Printable – Chocolat Paris using graphite paper. She then carefully hand painted it using a mixture of Primer Red and Graphite to make light and dark shades of sepia brown. She distressed it with 120 grit sand paper and waxed it, then added a pretty knob to the drawer with also features a small French Advertisement! The table quickly sold to a lovely French lady! I sure can see why…it is absolutely gorgeous!!! To see all of the details and more beautiful creations, make sure to visit Lesli’s blog, Pale Imitations, HERE!

I love this, we are moving soon, and I’m planning on doing this to some of the new (old) Furniture we are going to acquire. Very cute I can’t wait to do something like this myself in our home.
