Today’s reader feature was submitted by Mary, who made this awesome DIY ‘Grandma’s Kitchen’ Sign for her mother, who had recently become a Grandma! She added text to a block of wood, then mod podged it to the wood block. Then, she transferred the Lady in Apron Silhouette graphic as well, and finished the project with a matte spray. Lastly, she added some ribbon and twine to hang the sign!
I think it’s a great handmade gift for mother’s day and easy enough for anyone to do! To see Mary’s step by step tutorial, visit her blog, Vintage Reflections.
