Today’s reader feature is this lovely Milk Bottle Makeover, submitted by our friend Tanya Murray. Tanya found these vintage one pint milk bottles, and transformed them into these beautiful decorative pieces. She transferred a few of our Marvelous Cow images onto these bottles using an ink-jet printer, and decal paper. After the images were printed onto the paper, Tanya sprayed them with an Acrylic Crystal Clear Spray to make the ink images water resistant. Next, she cut out each of the images close to the edges, soaked in water for 30 seconds, and then transferred them onto the bottles. These would make great vases, water bottles, or even milk jugs!
This is such a fun project! Thank you, Tanya, for sharing your talents with us! To visit more of Tanya’s projects, please visit her Blog site here. To learn how to transfer images yourself, visit the Transfer Methods Page.
