Today’s reader feature was submitted by Kathe, who shared her awesome record cabinet makeover. Kathe turned this $5 vintage record cabinet into a beautiful beverage station. She painted the body of the cabinet with her homemade turquoise chalk paint, and used black paint for the top. Kathe then transferred and enlarged my Tea Company Logo image to the top of this cabinet. She used white graphic paper to trace the image, and a white pastel pencil to fill in the letters. For her final step, she sprayed it with MinWax polycrylic for protection. I think this DIY project is absolutely beautiful! This would be a perfect piece for any room in the house!
