Today’s reader featured project is a beautiful St. Patrick’s Day Doll that was submitted by Julie from Our Vintage Flair! Isn’t she gorgeous! Julie started by printing The Graphics Fairy’s French Costume Lady, then added paper wings, glitter and a fabulous ribbon skirt!
