This morning’s reader feature is this Lovely Vintage Wine Rack, submitted by our friend Michelle Leslie. Michelle’s friends were having a hard time finding a tall and skinny wine rack for their precious collection of red wine, so Michelle decided to make one for them. She created this piece using wood cut offs, rusty hinges, and some PVC pipes to hold the wine. Michelle painted the base and top of the planks with Midnight Blackness, and the sides a coat of Weathered Daydream and some White Ning. She used a semi-gloss polyurethane to seal everything, and then transferred my Vintage Liquor Cigar Sign image onto the side of this beautiful piece.
