I had another request for sewing images from DJ Rose. I found the image above, of a Mother doing some mending in an old children’s book.
A little while back, Brenda was hoping for a # 2 pencil. I didn’t find a # 2, but I did find a #395, I hope that will work!
Lauren was wishing for a Star Map graphic for her Grandfather who was in the British Navy, I believe. The one you see above is for the month of October.
Kate had a request for Church Organ Pipes graphic, to use for her Church, as a thank you for the funds raised to repair the Church organ. I couldn’t resist that request, I hope you can use this Kate!
Now I know someone asked me for a drawing of a Guitar, but I can’t find the name I’m afraid! This one is actually a circa 1850s engraving, but it has sort of a hand drawn look to it.
And lastly Jenny had been looking for vintage clothes pin clip art. Oddly enough I searched all over for this one last week, and then this week when I was searching for something else it popped up! That’s how it goes sometimes. This image comes from a 1915 magazine.
Well, that’s all for this week. Do you have a request for an image? If so please leave it here in the comments section of my Request Day post, and then check back on Thursday to see if I found your requested image (Sorry but I can’t fill every request, I usually pick a few each week). Each week I go back and check under my Thursday posts to find what your looking for, it’s so much easier for me that way. I’m afraid I’m a very disorganized Fairy, so please, please please Do Not email requests to me, I most likely will loose it if you do. So sorry but I’m a complete mess when it comes to email! I’m afraid they’re just aren’t enough hours in the day to answer them all, and then I feel horribly guilty.
P.S. Don’t forget to use the search box here on my blog, you might find that the image you want is already here!

You are so generous with your time–thank you.
I’m still hunting for a fountain pen–one w/ cap off or placed on end of pen and the nib showing. I’m having the darnedest time trying to find one.
I’m also looking for an old-timey typewriter.
Thank you!

My humble request is violets. I know you have some, but I’m looking for something simple, like just one violet, and/or a botanical chart of some kind..
Thank you!

Thanks, Karen, for your kind words!
I’d still love a wren silhouette for my daugther Wren, if you come across one, or even a good wren that can be turned into a silhouette.

Thank you so much for sharing your talent and love of vintage! Such a wonderful service you do for others. Thank You!
My husband just made me the most wonderful bins for storing potatoes and onions and now I am looking for some sort of vintagey sign to decopage on the front to tell the difference between the two. Do you have anything that says “potatoes” and “onions”? I really like the pumpkin label you did recently, perhaps something like that?
Bettie says
Love the organ! I was wondering if you could find some gourds or acorns?
