11 Memorial Day Images

Today we are offering this collection of Antique Memorial Day Images. Included are some beautiful American patriotic full color postcards as well as several black and white Memorial Day clipart. These are all vintage pictures, that would be wonderful to use for your Handmade Card projects to show your appreciation for our countries Heroes and Sheroes.

You could also incorporate them into scrapbooks, Journal pages, or perhaps use them in your table setting decor for a family barbecue. Antique Memorial Day Images with Flags

Pictured above is a fabulous Vintage Memorial Day Image honoring military dead. The poignant illustration of soldiers on horses apparently represents fallen heroes from previous wars. This is quite moving to see. This time we see Lady Liberty in a gorgeous Green Robe with a Wreath on her head!

This is a gorgeous Vintage Patriotic Image! Featured here is an Antique Memorial Day Image of Lady Liberty. I love how colorful this one is. The Red, White, and Blue flags are stunningly beautiful. The card reads, “When Can Their Glory Fade.” Ms Liberty is holding a large beautiful Patriotic American Shield and a huge bouquet of pink and red Roses.

I’m adding two new Vintage Memorial Day images to this set today as, at the time of this writing, we are getting very close to this holiday now. Shown above is a charming Cherub flying through the air with an American Flag. Just to the right is a section of sheet music with the Star Spangled Banner on it.

Vintage Memorial Day Images

This beautifully illustrated picture shows a lovely floral wreath with the sentiment “Nor shall their Story be Forgot”. There is a red, white and blue Silk ribbon with a gold metal on top of it.

Here we have a magnificent looking Red, White and Blue GAR Ribbon. It has the years of the Civil War on it with the words Memorial Day Greetings. I think it’s quite spectacular looking!

Memorial Day Clipart

 Here is a very nice patriotic image showing American flags with an intricate wreath design over top of them.

Here is the latest addition to this collection. Here is another one with 2 Flags and a wreath, it’s similar to the one above it, but you can see the American Flags a little better.

The image above is a Silhouette illustration, of an elderly looking Veteran Man carrying a flag that’s waving in the breeze. Walking directly in front of him is a child carrying a large bouquet of flowers. Such a poignant scene!

Patriotic Eagles

The graphic above shows a proud Eagle perched on top of an American Patriotic shield that has Stripes on it. This is a striking black and white picture that you could use as Memorial Day clipart, but it would look lovely in color too I think!

Above is another black and white Vintage Patriotic Bald Eagle Label Clip Art Illustration similarly depicting an Eagle standing on a Stars and Stripes Shield with a Banner in his mouth and his wings stretched out far and wide.

Here we have another Public Domain Patriotic Eagle Image! This is a black and white Illustration of an Eagle with a Banner in his mouth standing on a Stars and Stripes Shield. He has quite a fierce expression on his face. The banner on both this one and the image above, provide some blank space where you could add some text to include a short message or perhaps someone’s name.
