7 Nut Images
This is a collection of lovely Botanical Nut Images! What’s not to love about nuts? They are so delicious and make such a great snack on their own or in some tasty recipes like granola bars, cookies, and more! There’s just something about them that makes me happy: they’re crunchy but not too hard, sweet but not overly sugary, salty but not overpowering. Plus they come in all different flavors like pecans (my personal fave but I don’t have an image of those yet), almonds, walnuts…you name it. If you love nuts as much as I do then this blog post will be right up your alley. I’ll be adding more images over time as I find them in my travels, it appears that we are a bit lacking on this topic, but what we do have is very nice.

This is a lovely Botanical Almond Flower Print! This one just arrived in the mail today all the way from London! Featured here is a beautiful Almond plant with, some Almonds formed on the branch and also showing a section of the plant’s pretty pink Blossoms! This one is quite old and dates to Circa 1829! The artist is G. Spratt. I purchased several of these wonderful Botanical prints, so watch for them over the next few weeks. So lovely to print out, and frame up, for some Instant Art!

Here is the latest addition to this collection. This is a lovely Botanical print of a Walnut. There are various views shown of this nut. I love the bright green leaves on this one!
This is a beautiful black and white engraving of a Vintage Walnut Image. There are 2 Large Walnuts shown on the branch, surrounded by some very healthy looking leaves. I just love the taste, and crunch, of Walnuts in a salad. Delicious!
Pistachio
I really had no idea what a Pistachio plant would look like as I have never seen a real one before. It’s quite a pretty plant, but different than how I had pictured it!
Horse Chestnut
I had at first though that this was a Chestnut, but it’s actually a Horse Chestnut which is not edible at all. So please don’t eat these! The flower is quite pretty though.
Nut Postcards
Here’s another Walnut. This one is so quirky as it appears to be quite large and these children should have quite a meal once they open it!
Here we have an assortment of Nuts and Fruit next to a traditional Fruitcake! I know there are a lot of jokes about Fruitcake, but my Mother used to make it every year and I always loved it!
