DIY French Paper Stars
Hi guys! Once again, I’m teaming up with Diana from, Diana Dreams Factory for a collaboration post! In fact we have been doing these on a regular basis for the last few months. I just love Diana’s style! Today I’m sharing these Super Pretty French Paper Stars! Diana pulled together some of my favorite French Graphics and created some Star Ornament Printables, just in time for your last minute Holiday Decorating!
Diana has all the Step by Step instructions on her Blog, for creating these charming Origami Style Stars! You can get instructions for the step by step tutorial, HERE. But be sure and grab the Printables below before you head over there!
{Just click on them to Enlarge and then right click, with the button on the right side of your mouse, to Save them}

If you print from the jpeg image they are the right shape, it just seems to be the pdf files that have been distorted. The jpegs aren’t quite as clear, but they work if you want to trace out the right shape.

Thanks Meghan!

I have tried several times to print the graphic that is the Noel music sheet. For some reason it prints in red. I’d really prefer it in black and white. I’ve tried to print in gray scale and also just tried making a black and white copy of the red print out. Then it comes out so light you can hardly read it. Anyone else having this problem? The french script graphic prints black and white.
Thanks!

I understand the tutorial but can’t get you templates to fold in halves as shown in the tutorial to make the star work Can you help

Hi Sue, I just posted this on the tutorial…Update: Hey everyone it looks like we are having an issue with the templates. Please hold off on making these until I figure out what’s going on. I think when I recreated these as PDF’s I may have accidentally changed the size. I will keep you updated as soon as I figure it out. So sorry!!

I’ve tried to do them but the pentagons are not equal on all sides. Any suggestions?
