5 Vintage Game Day Images
Today we have a super fun collection of Game Day Images! We have covered a few different sports here including Football, Basketball, and Hockey. And we even have Cheerleaders and Spectators to go along with them! If you are a sports fan, or have family or friends that are, these could come in handy for all sorts of projects. They could be used for invitations, Game Day decor, or perhaps add to a scrapbook page to remember a favorite game or athletic event involving someone in your family. Game Day Cheerleaders Image
This is a Fun Retro Cheering Boys Image! Shown above is a black and white picture of two guys jumping into the air. I love their uniforms. They wear white sweaters with black stripes on the chests and arms. Their slacks are rolled up to expose spiffy black and white saddle oxford shoes. There are large megaphones as well. Such a fun image! Scanned from a fine addition to my collection, it’s a rare Circa 1941/1942 Printer’s Catalog.
Football Clipart
Wow! Pictured above is an action filled Vintage Football Image! Shown above is a black and white illustration of two men who are on opposing teams. One is tackling the other as you can see, and the crowd fills the bleachers in the background. They are flying through the air horizontally; a thrilling play for sure! This image comes from the old, Circa 1941, Printer’s Catalog. The catalog does not appear to have ever been copyrighted, as there is no copyright mark on it.
Basketball Images
Above is a Fun Vintage Basketball Image! Shown is a black and white picture of four young men playing basketball. Such a fun Sports themed image! All of them seem to be floating in the air in this drawing. One has just released the ball, which is headed toward the basket.
Hockey Clipart
Here we have a fun Vintage Hockey Image! This splendid illustration has two young men playing hockey. I am drawn to their outfits with shorts and long tights covering their legs. Stripes seem to be the design of the day. Scanned from the rare 1940s Printer’s Catalog. This one is so impressive!
