15 Cute Santa Retro Clipart
This is a super fun collection of Cute Santa Retro Clipart pictures! These are all Vintage illustrations, most dating to around the 1940s. These were all scanned from old american Printer Books in my collection. Included are a mix of Cute Santa Faces, Comical Funny Santas and and some that are just really sweet and nostalgic. I hope these pictures will make you smile!
Cute Santa Clipart Faces
Here is the latest addition to this collection. Here we see a Santa Claus Image with the kindest looking expression! His eyes are positively crinkling with joy. He’s wearing his traditional cap and I think that may be some snow on his coat.
Featured above is our Jolly guy, with a big smile under his large Moustache! He has quite a large Pom Pom on his hat and some interesting shading around his face and hat. So cute!
This is a wonderful Retro Christmas Clip Art Image, that was scanned from an old 1940’s Printer’s book in my collection. As you can see above, Santa Claus is wearing his traditional Stocking Cap with it’s white fur trim. He has a long white beard and mustache (of course!) and he is grinning from ear to ear. Even though this is a black and white picture, you can tell that his cheeks are rosy red! Such a beautiful Black and White Santa Graphic.
This fun Retro Christmas Image is from a 1940’s Printer’s Book! This one is a Jolly looking Santa! I’ve included the original Black and White version, as well as a Red and White one that I made for you guys. Fun for your Christmas Craft Projects, or great to use as a Photoshop Brush!
Here is a cute Vintage Santa Image from an Antique Type book. He seems to be making a point with his finger pointing out. Perhaps he’s reminding all of the boys and girls to be good!
Comical Funny Santas
This is a series of 6 funny black and white cute Santas, these were all scanned from a Circa 1940’s Printers book in my collection. First we have a Santa who appears to be offering directions maybe? Perhaps he is guiding his Elves to load up his sleigh!
Next we have a Jolly Santa who’s holding on to his belly, while he has a good laugh.
This guy looks like he might be lost! I’m sure he’ll figure things out quickly … he always does!
Next we have this guy who is reading a book. Perhaps he is reading “The Night before Christmas”?
Santa looks a little perplexed here doesn’t he?
Hmm… Some Holiday Yoga to work off those extra pounds from all the Christmas Treats?
Here’s a Comical Santa Image! Shown above is a funny Black and White Illustration of a Santa racing around with his large sack of Toys! This one was scanned from an old Circa 1941 Printer’s Catalog. This Catalog does not appear to have ever been copyrighted, as there is no copyright mark on it.
Cute Santa with Toys
This is a Cute Santa with Kid Image! Shown above is a Black and White Illustration of a quirky Santa holding hands with a little girl and carrying some gifts! This one was scanned from the same old Circa 1941 Printer’s Catalog, as the one directly above.
This one comes from a 1915 Type book and shows a cute Santa with 2 big bags of Toys! I like that the bags have a lot of white space, so that you could write something on them if you like. These would make cute Place cards or Gift Tags.
And lastly we have a Vintage Christmas Line Art drawing! This is from a 1940’s Coloring Book. Here we have Santa with his Sack of Toys! So cute and fun to color in! I hope you enjoyed this collection of cute Santas! You might also like more wonderful Santa Images HERE.

These are so nostalgic for me. The newspaper in the closest town to our farm in northwest Missouri where I grew up (still publishing, by the way) used to use these as fill to get their hot-type-set columns to come out even during the Christmas season. My mother would cut them out and let me put them up against a window with a piece of paper over top so I could trace them. Good memories! Thanks.
