12 Leaf Clipart Black and White

Today we have a wonderful collection of Leaf Clipart Black and White! Below are a few gorgeous leaf illustrations from an old book of ornamental design elements. I’ve been trying to get my hands on a copy of this rather pricey Circa 1868 Ornamental Design Book for years. I finally lucked out and found one that had fallen apart, and the price was much more reasonable! I hope you will love the Leaf clipart images from a Vintage Field Journal Book as well. We also have some wonderful Vintage Leaves Line Art Illustrations showing sets of different kinds of Leaves. I think these would be fun to color in with some Markers or Watercolors, or perhaps to use as an Embroidery Design! Great for Classroom art too or in Fall newsletters.

This is a gorgeous leaf illustration! I think it is called a Meadow-rue leaf. It is from an old book full of ornamental design elements. I can see how this would be lovely as part of an ornament.

Above is a simple but beautiful a Cress leaf image! I think it is also from the book of ornamental design elements. Make sure you enlarge it to see the fine detail of the drawing.

This is a leaf from a Vintage Field Journal Book! I love the shape of this leaf. It is a Basewood or American Linden leaf. It reminds me of the skeleton leaves that were so popular for crafting a few years ago.

Shown above is a pretty and highly detailed leaf design! It is a dark pointed leaf with lovely white veining. It has so many tiny veins running all through it. Be sure to zoom in on the detail of this one.

This is a lovely Sugar Maple Leaf Clipart Picture. This comes from a Circa 1922 book. I like the delicate lines on this one.

This one was scanned from a Circa 1890’s book on using Plants in Ornamental Designs. This lovely Engraving is from that book and shows a Hops Plant! This might be a good one to use for an Octoberfest Project!
