4 Vintage Human Organs Clipart
Today we have an interesting collection of Human Organs Clipart for you. I’m not sure what my crafty readers would do with these… perhaps a handmade card for your favorite doctor or scientist? These images can also be useful to educators who want to create their own presentations or handouts with illustrations that are not copyrighted. Vintage Human Brain Clip Art
Do you need an extra brain or two? Well, you’re in luck! Featured above are two wonderful Anatomy diagrams of a Human Brain that were used from a fine 1870’s Encyclopedia. All of the Lettered sections of the brain appear to be accurately described on the lower diagram. This is not only interesting but also educational! I like to try to pronounce the names.
These could perhaps actually work well in Halloween projects. They also might be a good option for a Back to School Project! Please keep in mind that you do not have to be especially crafty to use my images. Anyone can make the most of their own unique imagination and skill level.
Vintage Human Organs Clipart
The drawings pictured above come from an early, Circa 1754 Encyclopedia! Wow! Just the thought of them being that old is so fascinating for me. These diagrams actually remind me of the early Natural History illustrations of Plants and Animals. The time involved to study and learn, then translate the subject matter into an accurate rendering required a great deal of patience and talent! Especially since it was all performed manually, well before computers, printers, etc.! I love these super old images because they’re so interesting to look at! This is a diagram of ‘the Lungs,’ showing the front in Diagram No 1 and back in Diagram No 2. The intricate details on these is really quite impressive! Both of the images also display the layered boned sections of the spine that is of course connected to the lungs and head at the top. I didn’t know that!
Here we have an interesting Vintage Digestion Diagram Image! Shown above is a splendid ‘Diagram of the Digestive Tract.’ This one was scanned from an 1872 Physiology Text Book. Once again we see a very detailed drawing that is labelled for each connected section of the Digestive system. The liver is huge! I think that it could actually be an ideal old image for your Art Projects!
