Corinthian is the most elaborate and embellished version of the three classical orders of Ancient Greek and Roman Architecture. Just take a moment to look at the style and lushness of the elaborate capital, which is decorated with Acanthus leaves and scrolls. The fluted column is sleek and slender. This is one that I’ve scanned from an Antique Architecture Book! A nice one to frame as is.

Doric is the most plain and undecorated capital of the three Greek and Roman Architectural orders. The column itself is not fluted in this drawing. This is one that I’ve scanned from an Antique Architecture Book!
