2 Family History Certificates
These are two Printable Family History Certificates that were scanned from an 1880’s Antique Book in my collection. Both have creamy paper backgrounds and beautiful decorative text on them. They are both blank papers with lots of spaces where you can write in your own info pertaining to your family… and there are even some spots where you could add some photos. I think these could be a lot of fun to add to a scrapbook or family photo album.
Printable Marriage Certificate
This beautiful antique marriage certificate comes from a circa 1880s book. It’s actually a sample of a marriage certificate. I love that it’s blank and can be customized so that you can use it as you like! I’ve included a high resolution printable for you so that you can download it and print it out.

And this Ephemera piece is also from the same book. This one is a Family record Certificate. There are places where you can record Births, Marriages etc. I think you could even put some photos in those little oval framed sections if you wanted to.
And finally I just had to share this! If you’re looking for inspiration on how to use these printables, check out this gorgeous Scrapbook page created by Angela at Crafting with Jack. She used the Marriage printable and customized it for her own family to use in her Scrapbook. How lovely!
I hope you enjoyed these two interesting Ephemera Printables. You might also want to check out our Ephemera Archives HERE to find more wonderful Antique pieces!

So, am I the only one that can’t figure out how to fill this in? I am having problems with the bottom. Is the first blank the time? Second the state? The third also the State? I’m pretty sure I have 4 (the date) and 5 the month correct. I am missing something?

Love this! Are they editable? I need one for renewing our vows. We’re celebrating our 40th anniversary in July.

When we got married almost 12 years ago, our marriage certificate met a tragic accident of spilled water in the back of my MILs car while we honeymooned.
I’ve never gotten over that.
Now I can print and frame this, and I’m oh-so-grateful! THANK YOU! 😉

Love this! I’ve been working on my geneology and will eventually do some scrapbook layouts. Even for the older ones that I don’t have a photos, I can remove the frames and use the rest of it.
Thanks 🙂
