17 Beautiful Angel Photos – Christmas!

Here we have one of my favorite collections! I absolutely love old Angel Photos from Antique Postcards! Back during the days when I had my shop, I would use these old photos to make decorative signs for the Holiday Decor items that I sold, and I would also make tags out of them to hang on my painted furniture pieces. You can add a bit of glitter to these to give them a little sparkle!

I’m sure you will think of all kinds of ways to use these. They look great tucked into antique mirrors, under glass cloches, on top of a stack of books, are displayed in the keys of an old typewriter. Included are both children and women dressed up in Angel Costumes and I’ve added a few Angel Statue Photos towards the end as well.

Angel Women Photos

This Angel beauty is wearing a pink dress, with a garland of flowers wrapped around her. She has pretty white wings and more flowers in her hair. She is the Angel of Hope!

This is a Beautiful Antique Angel Photo!! This is a scan of an Old Vintage Postcard. The card shows a lovely Woman dressed as an Angel! She has large beautiful Feather Wings and the background behind her is a Starry Night Sky.

This is a wonderful old Italian Photo Postcard showing an Angel with 2 sweet children! It’s a Christmas Postcard and it has the words “Buon Natale” on the top corner. The original card has an interesting patina along the border, which I actually like, a bit smoky looking, so I left it in place.

Vintage Angel Children Photographs

This gorgeous Vintage Angel Girl is wearing a Pink garment, with yellow flowers in her hair. She has gorgeous big white Feather Wings!

This is the sweetest little Angel Photo Image! Isn’t she dear?!! This is an Antique Real Photo Postcard showing a very pretty little Girl dressed as an Angel. She has beautiful Wings and she’s holding a musical instrument, I think it’s a Lute. I love the sepia tones on this one.

Next is this Adorable Vintage Angel with Violin Photo! Shown above is a  Vintage Postcard, showing a darling little Girl dressed like an Angel! She is holding a Violin, with a pine branch tucked into it. Nice Sepia tones on this one.

This is a darling Angel Girl Photo Image!! This Vintage Postcard shows a pretty little Girl dressed up as a Christmas Angel. She’s wearing a pretty pink dress/robe and some very realistic looking white feather Wings. She’s pushing a little Wooden Wheelbarrow with a Christmas Tree inside of it. So sweet! This is a French Card and it has the greeting “Joyeux Noel” on it.

Love, love, love this  wonderful Victorian Angel Postcard, showing a real photo of a child dressed up like an Angel! This one has such a sweet expression on her face and the loveliest Blue Wings! I thought the Postage Stamp was fun too, so I left it in place, although I did alter the color as it was bright orange before and clashed a bit I thought.

This is a precious Antique Italian Photo Postcard of two Angel Girls!! Featured above is a darling Black and White picture of two pretty little girls dressed up in Angel Costumes. So sweet! In the background you can see a beautiful Christmas Tree. The caption reads “Buon Natale”.

This is a lovely Old French Photo Postcard showing two Young Girls, Sisters perhaps? They are dressed as Angels and look so sweet! The card has the greeting “Joyeux Noel” on the front. Lovely!

Next we have this Old Heavenly Angel in Cloud Image! In this ethereal photo, a serenely beautiful angel with long wavy hair looks out from a background of stars. She is wearing a very light pastel green embroidered gown draping elegantly over a cinched waistband. Her large wings and glowing halo are perfectly placed. Clouds surround her lower torso and her hands are open with palms facing out.

Isn’t this precious?!! This is a fabulous Old Photo Postcard, showing a darling Cupid Angel Girl with a Woman. This one is from France and has a lovely Stamp on the front. There’s also a charming signature that I left intact. I think you could use this for so many purposes, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Anniversaries, even Mother’s Day.

Here is the latest addition to this collection. Here we see a sweet little girl dressed in white, with large white wings. She is saying her prayers along with Santa!

Angel Statue Photos

These amazing Angel or Cherub Statue Photos were taken by a lovely reader named Dina! Dina has generously offered to share these with us, and has given permission for you to use them in your art! Aren’t they gorgeous?!! She told me that she took these in a German Cemetery. I think they would be wonderful to use in Collage or Mixed Media projects! Thank you Dina!!!

This is such a gorgeous stone angel, I love the size of her wings and the beautiful greenery behind her. This photo was taken by friend Ted, when he was in Italy a number of years ago. He was kind enough to allow me to share this here on my blog at that time. Ted is no longer with us sadly, but it’s nice to have this lovely peaceful reminder of him. He is missed!
