5 Edwardian Children Illustrations
Today we have a remarkable collection of Edwardian Children Illustrations! These wonderful black and white Antique Clip Art pieces have been shared by our lovely friend, Cheryl Thimble Fingers! Cheryl found these dear graphics in a 1913 Sewing Book. The little girls are just darling. They are wearing a variety of Edwardian Fashion – cotton slips, long nightgowns, cute pinafores and aprons. One of our girls is cooking; another is sewing or working on an embroidery piece. All of the images featured below would be nice to use framed for Wall Decor in a Little Girl’s Bedroom. They would also be fun to turn into a Paper Doll set for your sweet little girl. Wouldn’t it be fun to dress them up with paper or fabric clothing?

This is a Sweet Edwardian Slip Girl! The cute little girl above is wearing a white cotton slip with lace eyelet details along the bottom edge and around the neck and arm holes. She is also wearing black button up shoes and long stockings. I love her braids that are caught up with a large black bow. She is smiling as she poses with one hand on her waist.
This is another Sweet Edwardian Slip Girl Image! The sweet little girl above is also wearing a white cotton slip with lace eyelet details along the neckline and hem. She has long, wavy hair with a big bow slightly askew on top of her head! Her attire includes white stockings and white shoes laced with ribbons. She is facing to the side with a wistful look on her adorable face. Her hands are holding the ends of her hair off her shoulders. So cute.
This is darling piece of Antique Clip Art showing an Edwardian Nightgown Fashion Girl! The adorable little girl above is wearing a long white cotton Nightgown with short sleeves. The hem is plain but the sleeves and neckline are trimmed with delicate lace. There is a bow at the neckline. A tiny slipper is shown peeking out from under the gown. She is holding an old fashioned Candle in a metal candle holder. She has a sleepy look on her sweet face.
Shown above is a young Girl wearing a Pinafore. The pinafore with a pocket is worn over a gray short sleeve shirt and black stockings and shoes. Her long, beautiful hair is held in a loose bow under a white cap. Soft tendrils fall around her lovely face. She’s holding a old crockery Mixing Bowl. Perhaps she’s going to make a batch of yummy Cookies!
Here we have a young Girl working on a Sewing project. She appears to be Embroidering since she is using a hoop. She is wearing a dress with a white collar under a white apron. There is a little drawstring pouch hanging from one arm. I wonder what is inside. Perhaps her colored threads. Her long, dark curls are held back with a large white bow. She is totally focused on her needlework. Darling!
