29 Free Fall Wallpapers for iPhones

Hello Graphics Fairy friends! I’m Diana from Dreams Factory and I’m happy to be here again to share another creative project with you! With the new season just around the corner, I thought it would be fun to share a new set of Free Fall Wallpapers for iPhones. So today, we are customizing our phones with these super chic wallpapers that capture a little bit of fall’s magical vibe!

The wallpapers have a beautiful vintage appearance to match our vintage-loving souls. While creating the designs, I mixed specific warm tones with vibrant hues to bring my fall color palette to life. I mostly went with orange, but you’ll have plenty of options to choose from as I’m sharing 29 free wallpapers for both home screens and lock screens. So you can choose your favorite depending on your inspiration for the moment, or why not, even according to your preferred color scheme.

I wanted the wallpapers to instantly make you think of fall, so I used some of my all-time favorite seasonal images from The Graphics Fairy archives. I started the designs using a vintage background as our base and a few small ephemera cutouts as small embellishments. I included pumpkins, peaches, grapes, pears, dragonflies, small branches and maple leaves to name only a few. I also included an orange bird and two super cute owls. I thought some autumnal flowers would be perfect to smile at us from our screens, so I chose some gorgeous sunflowers, marigolds and chrysanthemums. You’ll also find a few fall sceneries that have the most stunning colors!

The batches below have matching lock screens – home screens.

As you can see, these next batches of fall wallpapers don’t have matching lock screens – home screens. But you can use them as lock screens and then choose the last two blank wallpapers that I shared as home screens. Of course, these are just suggestions, because you can mix and match things as you want, the sky is the limit!

Can you believe how gorgeous all these look? They are perfect for welcoming and enjoying the beauty of fall, with all the coziness it usually brings.

How to save the wallpapers on your phone

It would be best to save the free fall wallpapers that I’m sharing directly on your phone. It will make your life so much easier if you take this route, instead of saving them on your computer first.

Just open this article on your phone, select the wallpaper that you want and simply save it on your phone.
If you short tap on an image, it will open it in the same window and if you long tap you will have the option to open it in a new window. I usually prefer the latter because it’s easier to open several different windows than having to constantly go back to the initial article.
Choose Download Image and it will be automatically saved to your phone’s gallery.

How to set up your lockscreen or your home screen

After saving your favorite wallpaper, you can simply access the Photo Gallery on your phone. Select the three dots (1) on the right and then select Set as wallpaper (2).

Select Apply (3) and then decide whether you want to save this as a lockscreen, a homescreen or why not, even both! So easy, right?

P.S. I have an Android operating system on my phone, so if you have something else, things might look slightly different.

Don’t forget that you can have fun and play with these wallpapers as much as you want.

I’m sure you will agree with me that the hardest part would be choosing just one! So, to go around that, I would suggest saving them all on your phone and gradually trying them out. You might be surprised to see that you like one you didn’t necessarily expect.

Remember that you can use matching lock screens and home screens! The ones with these luscious grapes were definitely among my favorites! Here you can see how the lock screen looks.

Of course, things don’t have to match perfectly. You can choose to use a cozy fall scenery lock screen with a completely different home screen. The choice is all yours!
