7 Printable Flower Embroidery Patterns

This is a lovely collection of Printable Flower Embroidery Patterns! Most of these were scanned from very old Victorian Ladies books, that had all sorts of tips on Sewing, Cooking and Homemaking. I think the designs are very pretty, even if you don’t want to use them for Embroidery. These could be colored in with markers or colored pencils and would be beautiful on Handmade Cards or Stationery.

Printable Flower Embroidery Patterns

Pictured above is a sweet Vintage Monogram Embroidery Pattern! Scanned from an antique, Circa 1860, Ladies handbook, it is filled with all sorts of different Sewing and Embroidery designs! This is a beautiful Floral Line Drawing design with two oval frames in the center section. The ovals were meant to be filled with Monogram initials. I believe it was designed to be placed in the corner of a handkerchief. So pretty!

Here is a lovely Vintage Floral Embroidery Pattern! Scanned from the Antique Ladies handbook, featured above is a pretty ornate design of some swirly looking flowers and leaves with a rose in the center. I think this would also make a great Photoshop brush!

This pretty black and white Flower Embroidery Pattern features a bunch of gracefully curving flowers and leaves. There are some tiny five petal flowers plus one that looks to be a tulip, as well as a few types of leaves. I really love these old Embroidery pattern and Line drawings; they can be used for so many things. These old Line drawings are easy enough to trace. They make perfect transfers for furniture, which can then be embellished with paint! Of course this would also look lovely used for its original purpose, as an Embroidery transfer. This one came from the same 1860’s Ladies Knitting handbook.

Above we have two versions of a Pretty Floral Embroidery Pattern scanned from the Circa, 1860 handbook. Featured are two lovely Line Art patterns of a Flowering vine. The original pattern is the one with the cute polka dots, but I’ve created a second version without the dots to give you another option. I think this would also make a great Photoshop brush!

French Floral Embroidery Pattern

This is a lovely Free Embroidery Pattern! It comes from an old French Embroidery book. The pattern includes a pretty floral border with the word ‘Souvenir’ in the center. I’m sure it takes lots of practice and patience to learn this splendid craft!
