7 Crane Bird Images

This is an interesting collection of Vintage Crane Bird Images. Cranes are such fascinating Birds and they are huge too! We have lots of Cranes here where I live, they often walk around in our yard and will let you get very close to them.

They make the craziest sounds when they talk and they will often do a funny sort of dance when they get riled up! I hope you can use these beautiful Antique Natural History pictures in your art and craft creations.

Crane Bird Pictures

 In this lovely scene we see 4 Cranes in a Marshy area. And there is also a flock of birds in the sky, possibly more of these guys. It’s quite a tranquil looking scene. I really like the soft muted colors on this one.

Here we have the same bird again, but this time I have pulled him off by himself to give you more options for using him. He has a lovely red spot on top of his head, a gray feathered body and a black and white striped neck. He has a fluffy looking tail too. I like how he is posing on one foot!

Here is the latest image in this collection. Here’s another fine looking fellow! This guy is hanging out in a lovely marshy area. I wonder where his mate is!

This is a beautiful Crane Bird Image. This is an early print showing this lovely large bird wandering through a Garden. The perspective seems to be a bit off in the picture as he looks like he is huge compared to his surroundings. Haha!

This is another Marvelous Crane Bird Image! Shown above are 2 long legged Cranes with some crazy looking Hairdos! This one comes from a Circa 1885 German Natural History Book. This is a new book that I’ve just recently added to my collection. Around here we call this book “the Moldy Book”, as it was so full of mold when it arrived that some of the pages were completely black! I actually sent it out to a mold remediation company. They picked it up from my house and cleaned it in their offices and brought it back. That’s the first time that I’ve had to do that! I was so glad that they were able to salvage it, there are some wonderful images in that book!

This Image of Crane shows just his head. He looks very similar to the ones just above him. He has that same fluffy pom pom looking hairdo, and he has the red cheeks and red spot on his neck. He’s quite gorgeous and I suspect he knows it! Haha.
