12 Musical Christmas Pictures

Today we have a wonderful collection of Musical Christmas Pictures! Christmas and Music go hand and hand don’t they? I always find that my favorite Christmas songs can get me into the Holiday spirit faster than anything else. I belong to a Caroling club in my neighborhood and I enjoy the practices as much as the Caroling itself. It’s just so much fun revisiting my favorite Holiday songs again after not hearing them all year and they bring back fond memories of my childhood. I hope you will enjoy this lovely musical-themed collection, perhaps you will find some to use in your Holiday Crafts.

Vintage Musical Christmas Pictures

This is a lovely old Photo showing a Mother and Child. They are both wearing pretty Wreaths on their heads. The Woman’s appears to be a classic Laurel Wreath. She is also holding a Violin. I thought this would be nice to use for Christmas. Love the old Postage Stamp too!

This is an old postcard with a torn scrap of sheet music on it. It has a bit of an Old English feel to it. The song is A Happy Christmas!

Here is the latest addition to this collection. Next we see a lovely Colonial lady playing a Harp. She has such a sweet smile!

Musical Christmas Children Images

Here we have a Musical Christmas Children Image!! Shown above is a charming old Postcard featuring three Young Children playing Music. There’s a cute Snowman in the background!

I adore this sweet Christmas Singing Children Image! This is such a charming Nostalgic Card. It shows four lovely Girls and Boys happily singing songs. Perhaps they are carrolling because they have on caps and overcoats. There are silver bells and red ribbons surrounding a star frame that holds the children.

Above we have two delightful Christmas Advertising Cards. I think that these cards required remarkable imagination! The detailed artistry here is top notch. The first card shows a young lad playing his instrument under a full moon as a woman, perhaps his mother, peers at him behind a curtain. I’ll bet she is very proud of his musical talent! A vine full of pretty peach colored flowers adorns the surroundings. The large house in the background must be his home. The second card shows a children’s choir with their instructor singing “home! sweet Home,” and the card reads, “Merry Christmas happy New Year.” Both of the colorful cards have a Musical Theme!

Old World Musical Christmas Images

Above is a magnificent Old World Musical Christmas Image! It is a good looking Graphic Ornament. This Musical Engraving was scanned from an Antique Circa 1828 Printer’s book. I love the classic Lyre, Horns, and festive Winter pine greenery!

This is an exquisite Antique Printer’s Ornament from an 1880’s Book! I love that this one has Angel Wings. The Lyre/Harp in the center is nice as well. The scrollwork is just beautiful.

Pictured above is a lovely Decorative Ornament Image! The ornament has a Lyre shape in the center. It is surrounded by Laurel Wreaths and tied up with a Bow along the bottom. These two were scanned from an Antique French Catalog that contains all sorts of Drapery Hardware. I think these may have been used as tie backs. I love how this appears to be hand drawn!

Above we have our final Old World Musical Christmas Image! This Musical Engraving displays a Harp, Horn, and some festive greenery. Such a lovely classic looking engraved ornament.

Dancing Musicians Silhouette

Here’s a happy Silhouette! This one shows two dancing Musicians, one with Bagpipes and one with a little Horn!
