4 Pinniped Images – Seals, Sea Lions, Walruses
Today we have a marvelous collection of Pinniped Images – Seals, Sea Lions, Walruses, oh my! You are just going to love these adorable Sea Animals. In case you don’t know, Pinnipeds are fin, or flipper-footed marine mammals. They are semi-aquatic animals that live in the ocean but are also able to live on land for pretty long periods of time. We have some Vintage French Zoology Prints of a Walrus and a Seal. Additionally, there are some wonderful Antique Landscape Prints of Sea Lions, Polar Bears, Walrus, and Seals in Printable PDF format. All are nice Pinniped Images for your Ocean themed projects! Featured above is a splendid Vintage Seal Image! This offering was scanned from a Circa 1860 French Zoology Print! Isn’t he lovely?! The adorable seal is lounging on his side. Perhaps he just finished off a nice meal and is ready for a nap. He has such a sweet face, doesn’t he?

This is wonderful Antique Sea Lions Print! If you are feeling the Summer heat, perhaps this one will cool you off a bit! Shown above are some gorgeous Sea lions and their babies. I suspect that their Mother is the large one with a her mouth wide open. She might see a predator in the distance, which would commonly elicit this reaction. Some are lying on a rock, whereas others are splashing around in the water. The group of other Sea lions in the background appear to be gathered around an iceberg. I just love the colors in this print!

Here we have a nice Vintage Walrus Image! This offering was also scanned from a Circa 1860 French Zoology Print! Such a fine specimen he is! The beautiful walrus has large white tusks. He is laying comfortably on the ground. Perhaps he has had a long day foraging for food, and is having a bit of a rest.
