I had a request recently for some Book Images. This is a wonderful Victorian Scrap Piece, that I picked up a couple of weeks ago! I’m not sure exactly what it’s purpose was, but it’s from a school in Ohio, the Teacher’s name is on the cover and the students names are inside. Circa 1887 -1888. Such an interesting piece! I’ve included scans of the outside and inside of the original, as well as duplicates scans with the text removed. You can add your own wording and use it for something fun!! Perhaps an invitation to a Book Club, or an event at a Library! You can also find another royalty free book image, of Books with an Owl HERE.

I just found your site and love it! I am refurbishing a Victorian lampshade and your images really put me in the mood to work on it! I am also going to make some Easter gift tags for my family.
Thanks again, Karen!

Karen I have been receiving your e-mails for quite a while now, but have never left a comment. I would just like to say-generally speaking and not just about these images-that I absolutely love everything you post. Some things I use, some I don’t but I still love to look and I know where to go if I need something in particular.
