11 Scary Pumpkin Carving Patterns
In this post I’m offering some fun Scary Pumpkin Carving Patterns … although not too scary! October is already here and Halloween will be here before we know it so I thought these might be useful to you guys for your Pumpkins. These Scary Pumpkin Stencils Free Printable pictures can be downloaded below to use as a template for carving your Halloween Jack-O-Lantern. Most of these are fairly simple so hopefully, they will be easy to use.
I tried to keep these fairly simple as carving these guys can be hard work! I remember my Dad carving ours on the Front porch… my sister and I had the job of scooping out the Pumpkin Seeds and pulp from the inside afterwards with a large metal serving spoon so that we wouldn’t get injured. It was usually pretty cold by then so our hands would get quite chilly from the wet goo inside and we were happy to take turns to get a break. So fun! I’m offering these Pumpkin Designs for non commercial use.

Next up is a guy with a big triangle nose. He also has a large frown mouth and he has beady eyes. He would make a good haunted house Pumpkin I think!

This Pumpkin Stencil has large creepy triangle eyes, a small triangle nose and a frown with the classic missing teeth. I think even the witches would be afraid of this guy!

How to use the Pumpkin Carving Stencils:
To use these printables, just print them out on your home printer. You can adjust the size down if you need to. Tape them to your pumpkin and then use an Awl (this tool should be used by adults only as it’s sharp!) to poke holes through the template onto your pumpkin. You can then take the pattern off and use those holes as a guideline for cutting. Then just carve like you normally would.

What a true hoot. I think I have to make a card for my daughters boyfriend of the little guy in glass.
But all will be fun to work with.
Thanks so much for sharing.
