5 Vintage Anteater Images

This is an interesting collection of Vintage Anteater Images. There’s a definitely some of the oddest looking creatures on the planet! I would rank them up there with Armadillos although they maybe be slightly cuter since they don’t have scales at least. Full Color Anteater Pictures

Here is the latest addition to this collection. This guy has his tongue sticking out, he must have found a tasty ants nest! It’s such an unusual looking tongue too, as it’s so skinny it looks more like a worm.

This guy has a big furry tail and he seems to want to show it off! I really don’t understand how they walk with their claws tucked under their front feet like that. So unusual looking!

Shown above is an interesting looking Animal … an Anteater that was scanned from a Circa 1885 German Natural History Book. This is new book that I’ve just added to my collection. Around here we call this book “the Moldy Book”, as it was so full of mold when it arrived that some of the pages were completely black! I actually sent it out to a mold remediation company. They picked it up from my house and cleaned it in their offices and brought it back. That’s the first time that I’ve had to do that! I was so glad that they were able to salvage it, there are some wonderful images in that book!
