Hi Julie, Ugh, this is why I hate Explorer, it’s so buggy! My best advice to you is to switch your browser to Firefox or Google Chrome and the problem will go away. Both are free and so much nicer to use, since you will have less problems, pages will load faster, and they are both safer to use! However, if you really want to stay with Explorer, you probably need to upgrade to the latest version, hopefully that will fix it.
