Viola Flower Print
Hey guys! Today I’m offering a lovely Vintage Viola Flower Print! This print was scanned from a Circa 1874 Flower Book in my collection that has the most beautiful illustrations in it. I’ve cleaned it up, resized it and have created a full size Printable PDF below, so that you can print and frame for some instant art, or use for Decoupage or Collage. You may recall the Leopard’s Bane Print that I posted from the same book last month. These would like nice framed and hung together on a wall!

Pictured above is a Viola Cornuta flower, which is also known as Horned Violet or Tufted Violet. Violas are part of the Violet family, as you may have guessed by it’s alternative names. In this print we see the 2 flowering plants, one of them with soft yellow blossoms and the other one with soft purple blooms. The leaves are a soft muted green. A very pretty botanical print!
I hope you enjoyed this Viola Flower Print. You might also like our Wildflower Image Collection HERE.
Thank with Google Pilot Program
I also wanted to talk to you about something new that I have added to the site. I’m excited to be one of Google’s paid early testers for their Thank with Google pilot program!
Thank with Google is an experimental feature that allows you to purchase a virtual sticker, or send a free one, to show your appreciation for different posts on my blog. As a supporter, you can select a sticker that reflects your own personal style, as well as the value that you place on that post … besides balloons, there are robots, flowers, roller skates, and many more.
There are a variety of stickers to select from and every time you send a paid sticker, you can add a personal message which I love reading. You can also send a free sticker like these cute party Balloons, to let me know that you enjoyed one of my posts.
This little box of chocolates is an example of one of the paid stickers. These virtual stickers translate into direct revenue to support the work that goes into the content that you are enjoying on my blog. I know that some of you have already been using this new function and I’m so appreciative of all of the support and love you have sent my way!
You can find the Thank with Google feature in multiple places on my site, including in my sidebar, ( you can see an example of that one above) as well as a button at the top of all my blog posts.
I think it’s a great way for me to see what posts you like and find useful. I get that not everyone has time to leave a comment, with all of the busy-ness in our lives, but you can send party balloons in an instant! And that helps me to know that you enjoyed that post, so that I know to create similar posts in the future, or add on more graphics to that same post.
I was really happy to test this one out for Google, because I know a lot of creative bloggers read my blog. This is such a great program for creators as it will offer you guys another way to bring in a bit more income for your creations too on your own sites, providing that the program gets approved and fully rolled out. So cross your fingers for that!
Also a BIG THANKS to all of you that have sent me sticker so far!! I’ve been blown away by your support and kindness, it means the world to me!
