3 Vintage Bug Clipart
This is a small collection of Vintage Bug Clipart. I don’t have a huge number of bugs on this blog, with the exception of Butterflies. There are loads of those! We do have a few creepy things like Spiders etc in the Halloween section too. So I thought I would round up the few insect images that we have now and I will add to this set over time.
Beetle Images
This is a quirky little Antique New Year Card! Here we have a funny brown Beetle in the Snow, carrying a branch of Mistletoe. I’m not sure what Beetles have to do with the New Year, but I thought this one was kind of cute!
Grasshopper Images
This is an interesting old Vintage Grasshopper Label Image! This one was scanned from a rare, and early, Antique Printer’s book Circa 1828. Featured above is a primitive picture of a cute Grasshopper with an Oval frame around it. Now this was not actually meant to be used as a label, but I think it would be a fun use for this one! I think it would be fun to apply this to a little Garden Pot!
I hope you enjoyed this mini collection of Vintage Bug Clipart! You might also like our Spider Clipart Images HERE.

It’s a stag beetle, so, of course, he wants a kiss!

Nancy and ScrappyMama, thanks for trying to figure it out! It makes me wonder if it was one of those things that had meaning and was lost over time, or if it only ever had meaning to this particular artist! Happy New year to you both!
