6 Thanksgiving Cornucopia & Corn Images
Today we have a beautiful collection of Thanksgiving Cornucopia & Corn Images! The Cornucopia, also known as the Horn of Plenty, has long been the traditional motif of the Thanksgiving Holiday, as it symbolizes abundance and nourishment. So of course we had to feature some here on the blog, that you can use for your Thanksgiving themed crafts or projects. These would be great for a Thanksgiving themed Junk Journal or Handmade Card project. We are also including Corn on the Cob in this collection as well, as we only just have one right now, and it seemed to go along nicely with this collection. It would be great on a card for a vegan or vegetarian! Either way we hope you and your family have an abundant and nourishing feast this year to celebrate the holiday!
Thanksgiving Cornucopia Images
Here is the latest addition to this collection. Featured above is a lovely young woman wearing a long flowing dress. She is holding a very large Cornucopia that is filled with fruit. She’s also holding some Grapes in her hands and is standing next to a Pumpkin, a Turkey, and a large Corn stalk. Lots going on in this one! I think the colors are especially pretty on this one.
Here’s a pretty sepia toned Thanksgiving postcard for you. This one has a classic cornucopia filled with luscious fruits. In the background are some sheaves of wheat in a field. It is framed with wheat also. The Thanksgiving Greeting says, “The earth is the Lord’s And the fullness there of” in a lovely ribbon banner across the bottom of the card.
Above we have a colorful Vintage Thanksgiving Greetings Card. The colors on this one are just stunning. It reads, “May the Season of Plenty Bring to You, Every Good Thing.” This is a lovely calligraphy font with Illuminated First letter. Central to the card is an image of a beautiful woman with red hair. She is inside a gold framed circle. She is pouring out a large cornucopia filled with colorful fruits and vegetables. The harvest must have been good this year! There are exquisite oak and maple leaves in Fall colors surrounding the frame.
Vintage Cornucopia Ornament Clipart
Above we have a gorgeous French Ornament Drawing. Showing a delightful flower and fruit filled Cornucopia, this black and white sketch is just perfect for Thanksgiving!! I’ve created a chocolate brown version for you below.
Here is the chocolate brown version of the above French Ornament. I just love the way the sheaves of wheat drape gracefully out of the Cornucopia. Flowers and Grapes surround the highly detailed illustration. Just stunning!
Thanksgiving Corn Postcard
Pictured above is a really cute vintage Thanksgiving Day postcard. This one features a large Corn on the Cob. The husk has been peeled back to expose the bright golden yellow kernels. I bet it is sweet. I can almost taste it warm with butter! This would be a great card for a vegan or vegetarian! The card has a beautiful rusty brown background and reads, “Good Wishes for Thanksgiving Day!” Fun!

I loved the “corn” image…….can you tell me where I can find the article on using Word to print images?
Karen Watson says
Thank you Pat! We have a whole printing course over on the membership site, in the “Training Library” section. It’s called Printing 101. We have a module there for printing with word. I hope that helps!
