9 Christmas Eve Images
This is a charming collection of 9 Victorian Trade Cards showing Christmas Eve Images and perhaps a few from Christmas morning as well! These marvelous Victorian Graphics were scanned from an Antique Scrapbook that actually belonged to my Great Grandmother! I scanned a number of graphics from this book pretty early on, when my blog was still new. Most of those original scans were not the greatest quality, so I have re-scanned them at a much higher resolution for you. So be sure and grab these updated versions! These images have a number of age spots on them and show some wear and tear, I’ve corrected any of the imperfections that were too distracting, but I’ve kept much of the old patina intact. All of these Christmas advertising trade cards were from the Woolson Spice Company and they date to Circa 1891.
Christmas Eve Children Images

Next we have a Christmas Eve Graphic showing 3 little girls, I’m guessing they are sisters. They have used their wooden blocks to spell out “A Merry Christmas” greeting for Santa.
This cute Merry Christmas Image shows 3 children, brothers and sisters, sitting on a little footstool under some Mistletoe. It looks like the older two are taking turns giving the baby a kiss! Outside little Bunnies and Birdies are playing in the snow. Such a sweet scene.
Santa on Christmas Eve Image
Next up we have an image of the man of the hour, it’s Santa himself in a beautiful green robe trimmed with fur. He has a pack stuffed with toys on his back and he’s about to head down the Chimney!
Christmas Eve Decorating Graphic
This cute picture shows a little Toddler with a tiny Christmas Tree slung over her shoulder. She appears to be wanting to do a bit of decorating. Check out the tiny Santa pull Toy that she has!
Christmas Eve Shopping Image
Here we have a cute graphic of a little girl who has been out doing some last minute shopping! She’s wearing a fabulous Red Coat trimmed in Fur, and a matching large brimmed Hat with Ostrich Feathers. She’s got her packages in her arms, they are all tied up with paper and strings!
Christmas Choir Illustration
In this picture we see 5 little Choir Boys singing some Christmas Carols in Church. They are wearing red capes over their white robes. The card is framed up with golden bells and Holly Leaves.
Victorian Christmas Morning Images
This charming picture shows a toddler going through her stocking. I’m not sure if this is Christmas morning, of if she was being sneaky in the middle of the night! Her adorable Dog appears to be keeping an eye on her. So cute!
And lastly we have a brother and 2 sisters on Christmas morning. They have opened there presents and are happily playing with their new toys by the warmth of the fire place. I hope you enjoyed this collection of 9 Christmas Eve Images. I think my Great Grandmother would be happy that I shared her paper treasures with you guys!
