18 Vintage European Manufacturer Transfers

Here we go again with another collection of Printable Furniture Transfers. This week our theme is Vintage European Manufacturer Transfers! These are some really beautiful advertising pieces, many of them French. Some of my favorites are in this collection. There are some real beauties here!

Here we have another superb French Typography Printable. This one comes from an old French Document, Circa 1883, that was an advertising piece for a Leather shop or Tannery. I just love the beautiful wreath and fun Castle shaped crown on this one!! And of course there is some wonderful fancy French lettering on it too!

We have a splendid French Shoe Factory Transfer pictured above! This beautiful piece is made from a few pieces of ephemera and almost looks like a crown to me! The Scroll frame came from an old piece of sheet music. I just love all of the natural looking scrolls and curly cues; they remind me of plant vines. The logo was from an old invoice for a factory that made footwear. The shadows on the old hand drawn text are perfect.

Featured above is a French Typography Transfer for plumbing supplies, of all things! The French sure know how to make their Business logos pretty, no matter what the business! This lovely mix of fonts, curved text, and Victorian flourishes would be really pretty transferred onto wood or fabric.

This one is from an Antique French Document in my collection. It is from a Watch factory in Paris I believe. I thought the swirls were especially pretty on this one! For those of you who would like to paint these onto furniture, I think the swirls would add a nice extra element that should be fairly easy to paint.

Here is a captivating French Lamp Oil Transfer Printable for you! This logo was made from several vintage French documents and receipts. The proprietor had a business that sold purifying lamps and oils in Lyon, France.

Above is a wonderful European Furniture Transfer! Shown is a Typography Printable that was created from an old piece of German Ephemera that was used to advertise a factory in Germany. The factory supposedly manufactured leather items. I just love all the fancy ornamental doodads around the typography on this one!

Here is the latest addition to this collection. I finally have one from Italy to add to this set! Although, I have to admit it’s not actually a manufacturer it’s for a photographer from Florence, but I think it’s quite pretty and I don’t really have any place else to put this one. I hope you guys like it!
