Today I’m sharing a set of Halloween Apothecary Labels I created for you. There are six different designs, all made from antique etchings, including a lizard, spider, snake, bat, bird and mouse.
These would look great added to small bottles and lined up on a mantle or Halloween display. You could also use them to seal treat bags!

The labels are slightly smaller than 2 inches so they’re easy to center in a round punch. I just love the stains and distressing on them!
The inspiration for the labels was a graphic of a lion stirring a pot that I found on the top of this French Apothecary label (original found here). I loved how it looked like it may belong to a creepy apothecary, so I created these labels for the “Lion’s Brew Apothecary.” If you want a blank label to play with more, you can find it here:
The font I used for the logo is commercial-free and is called Yataghan.

If you want to use parts of the original french label, Lion’s Brew in french is brouet de lion.
