Today, let’s try learning How to Draw Holly Leaves! In this post you will find step by step instructions for creating an easy Holly Leaves drawing in just 3 steps. Holly Leaves Drawing Step by Step
Kids or grown ups alike can follow these simple steps with this Holly Leaves Drawing guide! I would recommend creating your drawing with a pencil, as you can erase if you have any mistakes. But you can always draw over it with an ink Pen or marker when you are done, to define it some more. You might find our Drawing Supplies for Beginners Post HERE useful. Holly Leaves Drawing Step 1
Step 1: First, sketch out a few circles all next to each other for the Berries.
Step 2
Step 2: Next we will create the Leaves. Holly Leaves can be quite prickly so draw the leaves with sharp pointy edges all around them with curves in between.
Step 3
Step 3: And lastly we will add some additional detail to the leaves by adding some lines for the veins.
The only thing left to do now is to color in your lovely greenery! Go grab your markers, Crayola crayons, oil pastels or color pencils, or whatever you have on hand, and finish your artwork masterpiece! This one is colored in with red and green, but you can let your creativity go wild and use whatever colors you like! You get to decide!
