Ice Cream Sundae Drawing Step 1
Step 1: Let’s draw the outline of the ice cream and the toping. Draw a shape that looks like a cloud. Notice that the shape drops down on the sides right side in two places.
Step 2
Step 2: Next add the outline for the bowl. It is a wide ‘U’ shape. Notice how the sides get wider apart at the top. Don’t forget the top rim under the cloud shape.
Step 3
Step 3: Now you’ll sketch in the pedestal. Draw a circle under the middle of the ‘U’ shape. Under the circle, draw a standing oval shape, leaving the top connected to the circle. Then draw a wide oval shape under these. Notice that it starts and ends on the oval shape.
Step 4
Step 4: Sketch in some extra little curved lines, like a comma, on the right side of the pedestal shapes. Then draw three leaf shapes on the bowl.
Step 5
Step 5: Finish your tasty treat off by topping it with a little cherry and adding some squiggly lines in the ice cream area! That’s it!
The only thing left to do now is to color in your yummy treat! Go grab your markers, Crayola crayons, oil pastels or color pencils, or whatever you have on hand, and finish your artwork masterpiece! This one is colored in with strawberry pink ice cream, brown fudge topping, a red cherry, and a blue pedestal bowl, but you can let your creativity go wild and use whatever colors you like! You get to decide!
