11 Merry Christmas Nativity Images

Today we have an absolutely charming collection of Vintage Merry Christmas Nativity Images! Featured here are  Christmas Nativity manger scenes with the baby Jesus. Most are vintage postcards. Included are an assortment of images showing the holy family in the stable, an adorable image of the baby Jesus in the manger surrounded by angels, and my favorite of the infant in a wooden manger being watched over by a white dove. These Free Nativity Scene Images are great to use in your Holiday Crafts, Junk Journals, Collage Projects, Home Decor projects, and more. I could see them printed and framed as a display on a holiday mantle.

Nativity Scene Images

Our first postcard in this collection is a Wonderful Christmas Baby Jesus Manger Image! This Antique Card shows a beautiful vintage Nativity Scene with the Baby Jesus lying in the straw filled manger with three Angel Children gazing at him! The background is filled with stars and the Christmas Star shines with rays glowing around the infant. The gold border shows off the beautiful gold typography reading, “A Merry Christmas.”

Here is the latest addition to this collection. This is a beautiful Antique Illustration! The colors have a golden hue to them. Such a sweet scene!

Holy Family Merry Christmas Nativity Images

This Old Christmas Glory Manger Scene Image is a brightly colored Nativity vignette with baby Jesus resting peacefully in the manger as his parents, shepherds, Wisemen, and animals look on. Hay is strewn about the stable and gifts are present. I love the ancient bagpipes in the foreground. The people are wearing colorful robes and it reads, “Glory to God in the Highest.”

Here we have a Vintage Peaceful Christmas Nativity Image! This lovely brightly colored postcard shows Mary and Joseph with the baby Jesus lying in a manger while cows look on. Angel faces and wings grace the top left corner of the postcard. Mary wears pink and blue robes with a green head covering and Joseph wears a red cloak and carry a staff. The sentiment reads, “A Peaceful Christmas.” 

The Christmas Baby Jesus Vintage Nativity Image shown above is a fabulous old Postcard featuring the adorable Baby Jesus, with Mary and Joseph, next to the manger. Looking out from the stable you can see the city behind them. So lovely.

As you can see, this postcard of an Old Colorful Manger Scene says, “A Merry Christmas.” Mary holds the baby Jesus in the stable as Joseph looks on in this beautiful vintage Nativity image. The Three Wise Men can be seen walking toward the stable in the background. Mary wears a red and gold damask gown. Joseph wears a brown cloak and hold a staff amidst hay covered benches.

This is a beautiful scene that reminds me so much of the creche that we always set out at Christmas when I was a child. It even had the little barn with straw roof. Such a lovely scene!

Here’s another beautiful scene. This one has an ornate lettered greeting that says “With Glad Christmas Offerings”.

Baby in the Manger Nativity Image

In conclusion, our last bit of Christmas clip art is probably my favorite vintage Nativity image of the collection. It is a simple, sweet drawing of the baby Jesus in a wooden manger, with a beautiful white Dove overhead. Pine boughs and a white bow grace the scene,. At the bottom is a beautifully designed sentiment with ‘Christmas’ is lovely Chancery typography.
