8 Old Fashioned Pictures of Couples
Today we have a delightful collection of Old Fashioned Pictures of Couples! These images of loving couples range in age from little children to young adults and older adults. Some are kissing or are preparing to kiss and all seem to be happily enjoying each other’s company. Several of our images are illustrations, with one couple displaying pretty outfits with vibrant colors. Some images are actual vintage photographs others are postcards. All are splendid pictures to use in your Romantic craft or DIY Projects. They would all be fun for your Collage or Card Making projects as well!
Valentine Couples
This is the latest addition to this collection! Shown above is a fabulously colorful Valentine’s Day Postcard, showing a Couple sharing a Kiss. They are framed up with a big Red Heart. This card has such a fun, almost circus-like feel to it!
Vintage Pictures of Couples
Pictured above is a Romantic Gibson Girl Valentine Image! The Image shows a black and white illustration of a Woman and a Man inside of a Heart! They make quite a handsome couple I think!
Old Fashioned Romantic Couples
Pictured here is a very pretty antique postcard showing a romantic couple! This one has the sentiment of “True Love” written on it and could be used for Valentine’s Day, Anniversaries, Weddings etc. Such colorful, fancy outfits they are wearing!
Vintage Tinted Photographs of Couples
Here we have a fabulous vintage postcard featuring a young romantic couple sitting along a beach. I love the decorative (perhaps Japanese made) umbrella. Could this be the first love for both of them? Written on the photo are the words, “I am fully occupied.”
Featured above is a fun old photograph with a Vintage Romance theme! Shown is a young couple in love. They are looking at each other with adoring eyes… and maybe a slight smirk too! Perhaps he’s telling her a funny joke. I love that the woman’s dress was hand tinted, with such a pretty soft blue. I think there is truly a lovely contrast to the black and white sepia tones. Such a fun Romantic image!
Im calling this one the “Sweet Kiss Image!” Shown is an old photo postcard displaying an adorable little Girl and Boy. The boy is kissing the girl on her cheek. They both have sweet, shy expressions on their faces. The young girl’s Dress and Hair bow have been tinted in bright Pink. I think this is such a cute Postcard.
This is a fun old photograph with a Vintage Romance theme! Shown above is a Romantic Couple. The gentleman has a wonderful mustache and is giving the lady a little kiss on the cheek! The woman’s dress was hand tinted in pink. I think it’s another one with a nice contrast to sepia tones.
Here we have a fun Old Photo of a Romantic Couple! This is a delightful vintage photo postcard showing a young couple about to kiss! It almost looks as if they are acting in a movie scene or at the very least posing splendidly for the photo!

Hi Karen,
These are fantastic! Each have such different poses, their hairstyles, their clothing – but all so very classic! I love them all but the one which has, “I am fully occupied,” is my favourite. You don’t really know how beautiful and handsome they are — but make for a stunning couple for sure. The “Sweet Kiss Image,” shows the true aspect of the young and innocent. These are all beautiful and I really enjoy these sepia images which really speak of these awesome vintage expressions of love. Love them all!
Thanks so much for sharing these with us and have a wonderful day!!
