22 Vintage Creamy Ephemera Labels
Today we have a wonderful collection of Vintage Creamy Ephemera Labels! There are so many shapes and styles in this set. I’m so excited to have acquired a nice collection of Vintage French Pharmacy or Apothecary Labels. I am sure you will adore several of the Old French Ephemera pieces. The aged look on these is delightful. Look for Old Pharmacy and Druggist examples and Vintage Perfumes and Powders, along with Antique Food and Drink labels. You could use these to dress up some Antique Bottles or Jars, on the fronts of some Files or Drawers, etc!
Old French Ephemera Labels
This is a beautiful Fancy French Label! I love the Black, White and Red combo here, and of course the Paris address! This would look really pretty on an old Bottle!
Here we have a very pretty French Perfume Label! Lots of lovely Scrolls on this one with great Typography too. I love the rounded corners and ornament at the top and the square corner ornament at the bottom of the tall label. So much to see on this one.
This is a great looking antique Cologne Label from a late 1800’s Druggist Label catalog! This one happens to have been from Walker, Texas… I know my Texas readers love images from their state! I think this one is quite pretty with the Woman’s Face on it.
Here is a beautiful Vintage French Pharmacy Label! It has a great old world look to it with the Creamy Paper and Black Frame. I love the Round shape and the pretty Wreath on this one!
Isn’t this wonderful?!! It also has a great old world look with the same Creamy and Black colors. I think this one has such a great shape to it, and the ornate design is so nice too.
Here we have a Beautiful Vintage French Pharmacy Label! I love the Fancy Lettering used on this one and the pretty graphic.
This is a wonderful old French label! I so love the unusual shape of this piece and the wide gray outline. The ornaments on this one are just fabulous. I really like the lions in the tall cartouches on either side.
This is an interesting old Ephemera piece with the words La Favorite on it. Charming!
Here is the latest addition to this collection. This is a splendid round Tobacco Label with a Rose on it!
Above is another pretty French label, which is for Powder I think. This one shows a wonderful fancy ornamental frame, useful for so many things! Elegant!
Blank Labels
Here is a second version of that same piece without the text on it, so that you can write whatever you like.
This next one looks like an old certificate label. It’s blank but you can fill in whatever you like in that center space. It’s such an intricate design!
Antique Creamy Pharmacy Labels
Pictured above is a classic antique Pharmacy Label with the double frame lines and dotted line for writing! The original size was fairly small. The aged look of it is just perfect.
This is a great classic looking Druggist or Apothecary label! It is another one from my antique Pharmacy label catalog. I think the Scale image is so cute – a little wider than usual.
What a good looking Vintage Apothecary Label this is! The blue coloring is just dreamy. This was some sort of Medicine. It sounds like it may have been for an Alka– Seltzer type of thing. I think the typography is particularly lovely on this.
This is another fabulous label from the 1880’s Pharmacy label catalog that I’m so pleased to have! It displays a Horse image, and was used for a product called “Sinclair’s Condition Powders.” I love the creamy sepia tones and the horse. Fun!
Old Food and Drink Labels
This one has such beautiful Typography on it! I’m really liking the word Vintage in that top line too.
A reader told me that she makes homemade Vanilla and was in need of a label for the bottles, so I went on a search for an apothecary label that would work! I thought perhaps some of you may be looking for the same thing, so I dug through my Antique Apothecary book and found this splendid looking label for Extract of Vanilla! I couldn’t really see making this one in color, since it is for Vanilla and all.
Vintage Creamy Ephemera Labels
I know I have a lot of sewing people, quilters, embroiderers, etc. on here, so I’m always on the lookout for some fun stuff for you guys! This is a super cute Antique label for Sewing Machine oil. Perhaps you could adhere this to a jar or canister, and keep some sewing supplies inside of it. I hope you like it!
I hope you enjoyed this fun curated collection of Vintage Creamy Ephemera Labels! You might also like our Best French Labels HERE and our Best Huge Label Collection HERE.

I love these labels! Just what I’m looking for. I wanted to pin this page but the Pinterest button has disappeared, anyone else have this problem with GF pages?
Karen Watson says
Hi Deb, I’m so sorry about that. The app that we use to create that Pinterest button, broke the whole back end of our site all of a sudden! We had to remove it for now, but our developers are trying to figure out if there is a fix so that we can add it back on again. Hopefully they will figure it out soon.

Absolutely appreciate all these graphics. I have a small collection of vintage bits I would love to share but am not savvy enough to know how or where I can post them for others to use. Janette
Karen Watson says
Hi Janette, determining the copyright status can be the trickiest part, as it can require quite a bit of research to make sure that people can legally use them before posting. That’s the not so fun part of sharing this stuff, it can be very time consuming and often times we have to pass on things if we are just not sure.
