Vintage Queen Postcards
This is a lovely Antique Photo Postcard! The card shows a woman wearing a crown and a veil. The aqua, pink, and yellow tinting on this card is charming. I believe she was an actress. Her name is probably Farrar, which is written at the bottom. It was the custom at the time this card was made to put a name on the photo postcard. This one might have been an advertisement for a play. I think it would be fun to add some glitter to her unusual crown!
Here we have a lovely Lady with Crown. It is a beautiful Vintage Tinted Photo! This fabulous Antique Postcard, shows a French woman with a fancy but tiny crown on top of her head! She’s also wearing an elaborate dress with loads of embellishments. It looks like it might be heavy to me. She has a pink ribbon in her hair and a lovely strand of pearls around her neck. The Gibson Girl hairstyle really catches your eye.
Here is the latest addition to this collection. Here we have another actress with a small bejeweled crown on her head. I wish we could see her outfit as well, as it looks quite fancy!
Old May Queen Photograph
Here we have a charming photo of a young Girl dressed all in white posing for a photograph. Her dress falls just below the knees is layers of softly draped fabric of white tights and pointed toe pumps with ribbons wrapping her legs. She wears a waist length veil falling from an oversized, fancy crown on her head and carries a bouquet. The most stunning part of her attire is a very long white train! Isn’t she lovely?! At first glance you might think her a bride but, according to the back of the photo, her name was Lillian and she was the May Queen in 1922! How fun!

Vintage Queen Images
Above we have here four very regal looking Queen statues. Each one of these represents a different country. From the top you see England, France, Germany, and The Netherlands. These are from a very old engraving. These actually came altogether on one print, but because the print was so large I had to separate the images in order to scan them for you.
I hope you enjoyed this fun curated collection of Vintage Queen Images! You might also like our Queen of Hearts Images HERE and our Vintage Actress Images HERE.

Hi Karen,
These are so interesting – and looks like each is unique in their own way. The first two photos are my favourites. I love their poses, their attire, they are beautiful!
If Lillian was the May Queen in 1922, then I would have never guessed! For sure, I would have thought that she was a bride, hands down! Lol!
Now, the following 4 Queen Statues – they sure look very masculine, especially the one from England and the one from The Netherlands. All in all, they have that ‘regency’ look about them.
Thank you for sharing these with us!
Hope you are having a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend and keep safe!
