Christmas Candy Jar Labels
Hi everyone! It’s Andrea from The Cottage Market here with you today. I am always excited to visit with you and Karen here at The Graphics Fairy! I am about to have gorgeous vintage Holiday Graphic overload today!!! Can you believe all of the amazing graphics are here and that are being added every day! Well I snatched up some that I thought went together perfectly…they had just what I was looking for! Today, we’ll make Christmas Candy Jar Labels for the Holidays. They are all adorable and that is wonderful for our easy…quick and sweet little project today. I have a feeling that you will be making a few of these…they are the perfect gift for just about anyone on your list…come on…a pretty chocolate KISS …who can resist! Then add a mason jar decorated with gorgeous vintage Holiday images to the mix…how can you loose!
Supplies:
All you will need is a mason jar…I used the smaller sized ones with the 2 1/2 inch top…they hold exactly one bag of Hershey kisses! You will also need a glue stick…your images…a scissors…a punch 3/4″ or 1″ and of course if you don’t have one…just cut them out …some ribbon and you are good to go. You don’t even have to make your own circles and bands…they are all made for you and can be snatched up at the end of this post! Easy huh!
Punch out your little circle…take your glue stick and rub it on the bottom of the kiss…then attach the circle…press to make sure it is adhered and place to the side…repeat…repeat…repeat!!!
Then pick out the graphic you would like to use for the front of your jar…they are all so adorable but I am sure you will pick the perfect one that fits the person that you are giving it to! Then cut out a band. Wrap the band around the jar and glue or tape it to stay…then take your graphic and glue it on the band to cover the seam and there you have it!
Now it is time to fill up the jar…then add your lid…you can of course choose one of the cute graphics…but a top has been made for you if you would like…just punch it out…place it on the top of the metal insert and then screw on the rim…easy peasy! If you would like…you can add a ribbon around the rim with a pretty little bow…it looks adorable!
Guess what…you are done! How easy was that? REALLY EASY and it looks like it came from a candy specialty shop! Shhhhhh…no one has to know…it’s our secret!

Andrea, is there no end to your creativity?!? This is one of the best DIY Christmas gifts I have ever seen (and thanks to Pinterest, I have seen many!). I’m going to share your tutorial with my daughter, who might want to make several of these for my granddaughters’ preschool and dance teachers.: )
Thank you so much for this amazing idea–not to mention the free printables to go along with it! And thank you, too, Karen, for showcasing Andrea’s idea! xoxo
