Spider Clipart
Above is a beautiful Spider Clip Art image that shows a Garden Spider hanging from a thorny branch. The markings on the back of this creature are just fascinating to me. It reminds me of a zentangle drawing. This one is also from a Natural History book!
Here we have an eerie Old Tarantula Spider Graphic! This is a nice black and white woodcut image of a rather frightening tarantula with hairy legs and large body sections. Yikes!
Above we have a rather intimidating Tarantula Spider Clipart Image. This one came out of an antique dictionary. I can’t imagine running into this guy!
Here is another hairy fellow, I think it’s another Tarantula. I can barely look at this one… and let me tell you it was not fun cleaning this one up in Photoshop!
This one is a bit different than the others. This image is actually Little Miss Muffet. As you can see her little friend is dropping in to sit beside her, as promised in the rhyme. I just thought it could still be used for Halloween, as her hair looks a bit like a “Bride of Frankenstein” hairdo! I love the that it’s a silhouette too. So fun.
Full Color Pictures
Here is the latest addition to this collection. This one is kind of beautiful I guess?! Haha. It’s quite an interesting looking insect with it’s black, white and gold colors!
Spiders in Web ClipArt
Here is the latest addition to this collection. Some of these are hard to look at with out getting creeped out! I do like the contrast on this one though, with the white insect and web on the black background. It’s a very striking looking image if you like this sort of thing. Haha!
Here we see a rather creepy looking Spider Clipart picture with 2 webs on either side of him. Why is that the furry ones always look even scarier?!
Shown above is a title page from an Antique Children’s Book. I have removed the text from the center of the image, leaving you with this spooky, but beautiful frame. You could add your own text in the center, or a photo, or whatever you like!
Above is a beautiful Spider Web Image on a Flower Branch. I scanned this one out of a Circa 1880’s Antique Jewelry Catalog. I’m not really sure what this guy and his Web have to do with Jewelry, but it was used as a sort of a Printer’s Ornament on one of the pages in the book. Kind of funny! Anyway, I thought it was an interesting engraved image. I like the beautiful Rose in the picture as well. I think it would be fun to color in the Rose and leave the Web black and white.
Here is a great Halloween Image! Featured above is a creepy looking black and white image of a Spider in a Web! The fellow is pretty large on the circular web. The threads of the web are symmetrical. According to the Antique Book that this came from it is a common House-Spider. Yikes! I hope we don’t have these in our house!
Featured above is a Creepy Vintage Graphic from an early Natural History book! Shown above is a Web with a Spider in it. I especially love the geometry of this image and how it is joined to the frame.
This Vintage Halloween Spider Clip Art Image is dark and scary. Shown above is a Die Cut piece of a Black Spider in its Web. Creepy! The threads of the web are very thick and menacing. It would be almost impossible to free yourself from this!
I hope you enjoyed this fun curated collection of Spider Clipart ! You might also like our Best Free Vintage Halloween Images HERE!

The first spider on this list is shown from its underside, not top. Just FYI. 😺😽👵
