Hello there everyone, how are you. It’s Andrea from The Cottage Market and I am here today to share yet another Super Quick and Easy Project with you…this time it is a Desk Organizer DIY Project. You are not going to believe how simple this is. Just think of all the style possibilities with the selection of images here at The Graphics Fairy! I used a bit of a French look with this pretty angle of the Eiffel Tower and a Paris Map for the background but you have so many options…let your imagination soar! Let’s check out how simple this is to make…all you need is about 15 minutes!
The only supplies you will need are: A frame of your choice, a pair of scissors, your sized images, glue or tape!
Now you have to choose your images. You need a background and then a focal. The background image should be sized to fit perfectly into your frame and then the focal should be at least half the size with a tiny bit more width. That way you can attach it properly to form a pocket. Now all you have to do is cut them.
You are all ready to assemble…you will attach the pocket into the lower portion of the frame…a little dab of hot glue is all you need or you can use tape. You have to pocket it a bit and attach firmly…then…place your background piece over it…
Place the frame backing on and seal.
Turn around and viola…you have a pocket with a pretty background and a pocket just waiting to be filled with all kinds of things…
…it’s all up to you! You can make these in all sizes…whatever suits your needs. Wouldn’t it be cute to make a kitchen themed one filled with recipes! This project would be fun for any age or gender…hope you enjoy personalizing tons of them with the awesome images here! Then when you are in the mood for something new…just pick out some more images and create!
I will see you soon! Till then…if you want to say hello…feel free to drop by The Cottage Market where you will find me hanging out most of the time : )
Hugs and ENJOY…andrea

I love French decor. My den is decorated in a Romantic French Decor. I use my den as my quiet, peaceful place. This would be beautiful on the table by my chair. Thank you for sharing. Can’t wait to try my hand at this one!
